• Order & account details: name, billing/shipping address, email, phone, payment method (processed by our payment provider).

• Personalization fields: child’s first name and optional dedication text you provide. Please do not include sensitive information.

• Support messages: any info you send to our customer service.

• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with our site (via cookies, pixels, and similar tech).

• Marketing preferences: your opt-ins/opt-outs for email or SMS.

2) How we collect it

• Directly from you at checkout, when creating an account, or contacting us.

• Automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

• From partners that help operate our store (see below).

  We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5) Targeted advertising & analytics

As described in this Policy, we collect personal information from your interactions with our site, including through cookies and similar technologies. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. If you have enabled GPC, we will honor it as described above.

Residents of the EU/UK also have the right to lodge a complaint with their data protection authority. Our legal bases under GDPR include performance of a contract (order fulfillment), legitimate interests (site security, improvements, basic analytics), consent (marketing cookies), and legal obligation (tax/record keeping).

12) Email & SMS marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the “unsubscribe” link in any message or by contacting us. If you opted into SMS, reply STOP to opt out.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Effective date.”
