By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Orders & Personalization

  • Personalized items are made to order from the exact text you submit (e.g., child’s first name, dedication). Please check spelling; we print as entered.

  • We may cancel and refund orders that include offensive, infringing, or illegal content.

2) Availability, Pricing & Payment

  • Prices, products, and availability may change without notice.

  • We accept major payment methods supported by Shopify Payments and/or PayPal.

  • Taxes and fees are calculated at checkout according to your shipping address and applicable law.

3) Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to: USA, Europe, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand.

  • Production is on demand; typical dispatch is within several business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

  • Tracking details (if available) are emailed when your order ships.

  • Customs, duties, or import taxes may apply outside your country/region and are the customer’s responsibility.

4) Cancellations & Changes

  • Because items are personalized, cancellations or edits are only possible before production begins. If you need a change, email hello@bellamiabooks.com immediately; once production starts, we may be unable to modify or cancel.

5) Returns, Refunds & Reprints

  • Personalized items are final sale except for manufacturing errors or damage in transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@bellamiabooks.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Non-defective personalized items cannot be returned.

6) Product Colors & Images

  • Colors can vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. Mockups and photos are for illustration; minor variations are not considered defects.

7) Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site (text, graphics, designs, images) is owned by Stonecreek Stationery Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Your purchase grants a personal, non-commercial right to use the product you buy. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or content.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the site for unlawful purposes; (b) submit infringing, defamatory, or hateful personalization; (c) attempt to interfere with site security or operations; (d) use the site to solicit others for illegal acts.

9) Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers (e.g., Shopify for e-commerce, payment processors, and print/fulfillment partners) to operate our store. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and those providers’ terms.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stonecreek Stationery Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stonecreek Stationery Inc. and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12) Severability & No Waiver

If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, that portion is severed and does not affect the validity of the remainder. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
